We take reasonable steps to protect personal information through secure storage and access controls. Personal information collected by Health Accelerator is stored in New Zealand. We retain information only as long as necessary, after which it is securely destroyed or de‑identified.

Where records are required for tax, GST, or public‑record purposes, they are retained for the minimum period required by the relevant legislation (typically seven years). All other personal information is securely disposed of once it is no longer required.
