There are three new pricing options available, depending on which offer suits your practice best:
Option 1: Practice Plan
$750 per user, per year (43% discount)
Requires 80% of your doctors/NPs to be signed up
Sign up before 31 March 2026 to access this rate, after which pricing increases to $960 per user (27% discount)
Option 2: ESU-Based Pricing
$0.81 per ESU which covers all clinicians in your practice
Sign up before 31 March 2026 to access this rate, after which pricing increases to $1.07 per ESU from 1 April 2026.
Option 3: User-based pro-plan
$950 per user/year (28% off, normally $1,320).
You can choose a one, two, or three-year subscription depending on your practice’s needs.

Already have an individual Heidi license?
You’ll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your individual subscription when your practice signs up to the Practice Plan
i.e.: 6 months used of a 12-month subscription = 50% refund.
When submitting your Practice Plan form, note any existing licenses.
If you’ve already submitted or forget, no problem, just let the Heidi team know during onboarding.
